The Taller de Músics July Intensive consists of a series of courses and workshops aimed at musicians, enthusiasts, students and teachers of music, offering the chance to take different musical subjects through an immersion programme.
Depending on the student’s objectives, individual or group instrument and music theory classes can be taken:, as well as course in specialization, interpretation, composition and arranging.
You will find a wide and varied range of training courses in the fields of jazz, modern music, rock and flamenco.
The instrument classes take place two days a week and are always one on one. The classes last either 25 mins or 50 mins (students can choose).
There are morning and afternoon timetables to choose from.
These classes also take place two days a week, are one to one and last 50 mins, with the exception of Musical Language 1 and Introduction to Harmony, which can also be done in a group with a duration of 80 mins.

Practical workshop on songwriting from a musical and literary point of view, based on the participants own works. A journey will be undertaken through the lyrics and melodies of modern music from different cultural styles. The theoretical side will be linked to the practical side, both for the composition of lyrics and music. Each participant will leave the workshop with a song to perform in the last forum session.
Aimed at: instrumentalists, singer-songwriters, composers of all levels.
Opening times: from 3rd – 7th July, Monday to Friday, from 10.30am to 2pm.
This course is aimed at strengthening the student’s guitar skills by focusing on rock guitar techniques (blues, hard rock, pop rock, heavy…) through the study of the most iconic rock guitarists from the late seventies to the mid-eighties. Each session will include practical examples and written material with the exercises seen in class will be provided, as well as guides for listening to the most important albums by each author.
Aimed at: music students, guitarists and all those interested in getting started or broadening their knowledge in the application of the different rock guitar techniques.
Timetable: from 4th – 20th July, Tuesdays and Thursdays (you can choose the timetable).
The July Intensive course will take place from 3rd – 21st July 2023 inclusive.
Students can choose a morning or afternoon timetable, depending on availability.
From 1st to 23rd June 2023 at the school’s secretariat.
