Amb ell, la cantant i instrumentista de Sant Andreu s\u2019allunya de la seva zona de confort per endinsar-se en un univers sonor que forma part del seu <em>background<\/em> musical, on el funk, el jazz el\u00e8ctric i el neo-soul prenen molt protagonisme.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e0lbum, amb un so caracter\u00edstic que fa de fil conductor i aglutinador de totes les composicions, s\u2019ha nodrit de moltes de les influ\u00e8ncies de la jove artista: des de <em>loops<\/em> de Robert Glasper o el so californi\u00e0 de Jack Johnson a Fats Waller i el seu \u201cHoneysuckle Rose\u201d (que ella cita com una influ\u00e8ncia, poc evident, en la seva can\u00e7\u00f3 \u201cBabies\u201d). Tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 present el blues o incl\u00fas el folklore llatinoameric\u00e0, plasmat en la seva personal versi\u00f3 de la c\u00fambia \u201cEl Pescador\u201d, de Jos\u00e9 Barros.<\/p>\n<p>El disc s\u2019ha gravat amb una formaci\u00f3 excepcional: Christoph Mallinger a la guitarra, viol\u00ed i mandolina i Steph Kondert al baix el\u00e8ctric. Aquests dos m\u00fasics han estat tamb\u00e9 coproductors del disc, aportant els seus coneixements i expertesa en la composici\u00f3.
