Pianist and singer Sandra Cipolat works at the intersection of jazz, soul, and experimental music, creating a deeply personal and evocative sonic universe. Between late June and early July 2025, Sandra will take part in an artistic residency with the Taller de Músics in collaboration with the Centre National de la Musique (France), presenting an innovative project that fuses primary instincts, visceral emotions, and intimate narratives in songs full of intensity and sensitivity.
Sandra Cipolat is a young and talented pianist who graduated in jazz from the Conservatoire de Montpellier. Her artistic journey began with the project HUMAN, the first chapter of a musical triptych, exploring human encounters that have marked her life through autobiographical songs. Her texts, committed and feminist, blend stories of love and joy with moments of violence and rage.
During this residency with the Taller de Músics, Sandra is developing the second chapter: ANIMAL, following the same musical line but focusing on primary instincts and the most visceral emotions. Both HUMAN and ANIMAL dialogue with each other while opening a new repertoire, offering a fresh and experimental sound.
