Yasmina El Hamri

She began her musical training in 2003 at the Escola Municipal de Música de Torredembarra, where she studied transverse flute. She later specialized in jazz and modern music at the Taller de Músics in Barcelona.

Passionate about singing, she was a member of the Cor Jove de Tarragona and received vocal training at the Espai Cor i Veu. Since 2022, she has been pursuing a degree in Music Pedagogy at the Escola Superior d’Estudis Musicals – Taller de Músics, combining her studies with an active teaching career.

Biografía

She currently works at the Escola de Música Virgínia Blanch and at the Espai Sènior of the Taller de Músics, where she coordinates the vocal program. She has received additional training from renowned professionals such as Judit Neddermann, Santi Serratossa, Violant Olivares, Bernardo Latini, Eugènia Ferrús, Eulàlia Cassó, and Marta Canelles.

She is a singer-songwriter and views music as a fundamental tool for education and emotional development. She has experience working with students of all ages, from early childhood to adults, and has also worked with children and adolescents with functional diversity in school settings.

Her pedagogical approach is marked by a sensitive, creative, and committed perspective, with a strong focus on the emotional and musical well-being of her students. She uses music as a vehicle for connection, expression, and personal growth.
