Jorge Liñán

Nowadays a self-taught harmonica-player and singer, before which Jorge got interested in the instrument at the age of nine, and by fifteen he already had a good level. He has been part of the Barcelona musical family since 2004, when he moved to Barcelona and began working with local musicians, accompanying all kinds of musicians until he formed Move Over (rock, blues), a group that dissolved in 2010. Since then, he has been working side by side with the singer Mar Zúñiga, with whom he currently forms an acoustic trio

Biography

He started playing in amateur bands in Zaragoza, such as La Banda de Moe and Los Ratones Colorados. Between 1994 and 2004, he developed his career as a singer and harmonica player with the bands Calimbo, Delanada (progressive rock), in combos such as Confussión (Latin-jazz fusion) and the 3.35 Blues Band (blues and r&b), until he formed El Último Trago, with which he toured all over Spain.

During those years, Jorge combined his professional activities giving classes at the Youth House of the Zaragoza City Council and at the Escuela Popular de Música; leading jam sessions in El Sol and El Refugio del Crápula and working as a freelance musician in different studios and production companies in Zaragoza, such as Stop, Grabaciones Sincompasiones, Estudios Roma, Central and Sincro 1000.
