A singer, composer and pedagogue born in Barcelona. Sara has been linked to the world of music from a very young age. She is self-taught in modern singing, percussion, guitar and musical language.
After her time as a soloist for the Cor Geriona on the TV3 program “Oh Happy Day” in 2013, she exapanded her knowledge in the technique of lyrical singing when she began her formal musical studies in jazz and modern music at Taller de Músics Escuela de Música.
In 2014 she took Estill Voice Craft classes with the teacher Helen Rowson, and two years later she created the project Sara Terraza &The Black Sheep (RGB) with whom she recorded her first album in 2017. To this day she continues to tour with this project, which is managed by the Department of Management & Productions of Taller de Músics.
This year she is finishing her degree in pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and is preparing for the entrance exams to the higher diploma in music with the teacher Odette Tellería.
In 2022 she will graduate in jazz and modern music performance from Taller de Músics Escuela Superior de Estudios Musicales (ESEM). She is training with Carola Ortiz and Magalí Sare in singing, with Ramon Cardo and Marcel-lí Bayer in improvisation, with Alejandro di Costanzo and Pau Solsona in piano as a secondary instrument and with Paula Domínguez in flamenco singing.
