From February 2 to April 19, 2026, a new open call has been launched to take part in the 2026-2027 edition of Cabal Musical, the social innovation project focused on inclusion that supports young musical talents from the Besòs area: Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Montcada i Reixac, Sant Adrià de Besòs and various neighborhoods of Barcelona (including Sant Martí, Sant Andreu and Nou Barris).
The call is aimed at bands and young musicians with talent and a strong desire to develop their projects, especially those with limited experience but who are ready to take a qualitative leap. Proposals can be submitted via the form available on the project’s website. Participants will be selected through a live audition before a panel of specialists and a short interview.
Selected artists will receive specialized support and training throughout the program, working with professionals from the music industry. This support includes artistic and professional guidance, resources for project development, and tools to help them establish themselves in the music sector. Participants will have the opportunity to record in a professional studio, produce music videos, and obtain visual and promotional content.
The project, led by the Barcelona City Council and the Besòs Consortium, with the support of the municipalities of Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs and Montcada i Reixac and managed by Taller de Músics, aims to promote young talent and social cohesion through music, with a strong connection to the Besòs territory.
