Anna Jané

Biography

During her time at the Conservatory, she had the pleasure of working with renowned teachers such as Guim G. Balasch, Xavi Figuerola, Rosa Caparrós, Queralt Roca, and Xavier Casademunt. Later on, she ventured into singing and received lessons from distinguished artists like Mayte Alguacil, Susana Sheiman, Clara Luna, and Carola Ortiz, among others. Subsequently, she continued her studies at Taller de Músics ESEM, where she was guided by great teachers and musicians such as Joan Monné, Martín Leiton, Jordi Farrés, Núria Cols, Clara Luna, Ramon Cardo, Rubén Fernández, Santi de la Rubia, Pau Solsona, Néstor Giménez, and Eloi Escudé.

On stage, in addition to leading the Itzipa project together with Aura Mauri, she has had the pleasure of collaborating with different projects and musicians such as Nico Roig, Susana Sheiman, Lucía Fumero, and Héctor Martín, among others. After completing her higher studies in singing at Taller de Músics, she concluded her student phase with her first personal project, “(S)ïntyma”, where she combines music, poetry, and dance to create a multidisciplinary show.

Currently, the artist is embarking on her personal project, exploring between acoustic and electronic sounds. She has already begun presenting her new proposal in venues such as Jamboree and Sinestesia. She now presents her most personal and ambitious project, where she emotionally exposes herself through her own creations, creating a catharsis in the audience.

Anna aims to leave her mark on the music world, bringing freshness and a very personal sound to the current musical landscape.

As a teacher, Anna Jané is a singing instructor and coordinator of the vocal area at Taller de Músics Escola de Música. Previously, she worked at El Petit Músic school in Sant Cugat and Pausa school in Barcelona.
