Clara Luna Trio is a contemporary jazz project that places the voice at the centre of its dialogue with the trio, combining original compositions, improvisation, and an intimate, expressive sound.
The project creates an organic sonic space where the boundaries between song, contemporary jazz, and improvisation are blurred. An intimate yet intense format, suited for concert halls, jazz series, and contemporary music festivals.
Led by singer, composer, and pianist Clara Luna, the trio develops a musical language rooted in interaction, listening, and improvisation as its core elements. Their repertoire combines original compositions with personal reinterpretations of jazz and bossa nova standards, bringing together sensitivity, precision, and interpretative freedom.
With over twenty years of experience in the jazz scene, Clara Luna has performed at major festivals and venues, while also working as a musical director and vocal coach in stage and television projects.
Live, the trio presents a concert that balances composition, improvisation, and communication with the audience. The repertoire moves between introspection, rhythmic intensity, and open spaces for risk and interaction, creating a sonic journey that invites active listening and a constant dialogue between voice and instruments.
