Gonzalo F. Zapata, originally from La Rioja, is a keyboardist, composer, and electronic music producer with over ten years of international experience. A graduate in classical piano from the Conservatorio Superior de Aragón, he later specialized in Modern Piano at Codarts (Rotterdam) and Jazz Piano at the Liceu. He has taught at conservatories and specialized institutions, training numerous students in Instrumental Technique and Music Production.
Throughout his career, he has shared the stage with artists such as Javier Callén, Cuti Vericad (Loquillo), and Michael League (Snarky Puppy), and has attended masterclasses with renowned figures like Aaron Parks and Paquito de Rivera. His work includes workshops on sound design at the Academie voor Theater en Dans in Rotterdam and SAE Amsterdam, as well as collaborations with international artists.
Gonzalo has performed at iconic festivals and venues across Europe, including the Conciertos de Radio 3. Currently, he balances his work as a jazz pianist and producer of electronic and hip-hop music with teaching at the Taller de Músics.
