The Taller de Músics July Intensive consists of a series of courses and workshops aimed at musicians, enthusiasts, students and teachers of music, offering the chance to take different musical subjects through an immersion programme.
Depending on the student’s objectives, individual or group instrument and music theory classes can be taken:, as well as course in specialization, interpretation, composition and harmony.
You will find a wide and varied range of training courses in the fields of jazz, modern music, rock and flamenco.

The instrument classes take place two days a week and are always one on one. The classes last either 25 mins or 50 mins (students can choose).
There are morning and afternoon timetables to choose from.

These classes also take place two days a week, are one to one and last 50 mins, except for Musical Language 1, which can also be done in a group with a duration of 80 mins.
There are morning and afternoon timetables to choose from.
In this group, you will get to know rhythms from different parts of the world: Latin, African, North American ones and more… You will develop the language of different rhythms. You will know different percussion instruments: congas, pailas, bongo, surdos, repenique, tamborines, caja, bombo, cencerros, afuches, güiro… We will work on improvisation, rehearsal discipline, rapport and the development of collective musical projects.
Aimed at: music students, percussionists and all those interested in getting started or broadening their knowledge of percussion from different places in the world.
This course is aimed at strengthening the student’s guitar skills by focusing on rock guitar techniques (blues, hard rock, pop rock, heavy…) through the study of the most iconic rock guitarists from the late seventies to the mid-eighties. Each session will include practical examples and written material with the exercises seen in class will be provided, as well as guides for listening to the most important albums by each author.
Aimed at: music students, guitarists and all those interested in getting started or broadening their knowledge in the application of the different rock guitar techniques.
The July Intensive course will take place from July 1–19, 2024 (both inclusive).
Students can choose a morning or afternoon timetable, depending on availability.
REGISTRATION: From June 3–21, 2024 at the school’s secretariat.
