An a cappella vocal ensemble for students at the Taller de Músics School of Music. A space to explore the possibilities of the voice, work together and develop a distinctive sound through a modern and diverse repertoire.

Those interested in taking part must register in advance with the School Office in order to audition for the ensemble.
Taller de Músics Vocal Collective is an a cappella vocal ensemble created to explore collective singing and the voice as an instrument. Through a repertoire that brings together different styles and contemporary music, the group works on vocal cohesion, listening and interpretation to develop its own sound.
The work focuses on key aspects such as intonation, rhythm, harmony, dynamics, sound quality, phrasing, diction and musical expression. Singing without instrumental accompaniment allows each member to further develop their ear and their ability to listen and find their place within the ensemble.
The repertoire is based on arrangements of pop, jazz, soul and other contemporary music, exploring different sounds and approaches to vocal performance.
Alongside the musical work, the ensemble also focuses on performance and stage presence, with the aim of developing a distinctive vocal and artistic identity.
The activity is aimed at singing and voice students at the Taller de Músics School of Music who want to deepen their experience of collective singing and explore the possibilities of the voice within an a cappella ensemble.
